August 31, 1998 - Santa Cruz Roos finish Runners Up in US Nationals!!!
A limping, grimacing and aching team of Santa Cruz Roos left Cincinnati airport last night bound for San Francisco, ultimately defeated but still immensely proud of our efforts over the weekend as we finished runners up to the Boston Demons in the 1998 US Nationals tournament held over the weekend.

June 9, 1998 - Roos Crush Lions in San Diego
The Santa Cruz 'Roos arrived back in Northern California at various times on Sunday June 7, some still hungover, most tired, all victorious from the crushing victory over the San Diego Lions on Saturday, June 6.

April 27, 1998 - Roos Victorious in First ANZAC Cup!
The Santa Cruz Roos were comfortable winners in the inaugural ANZAC Day Cup held at the Aptos Polo Fields last Saturday. The tournament was held between the 'Roos, Los Angeles Crows and San Diego Lions with a round-robin set of preliminary rounds and deciding final between the top two teams.
