Andrew Lamont collects third GGAFL MVP award

The 2010 GGAFL MVP award presented to Andrew Lamont at the post Grand Final Gala was Andrew's third season MVP award in the past five years.
Andrew joined the league as a fit young rookie in the 2004 season and showed great promise. His quick development of Australian football skills and efforts in getting to training saw him develop into a force to be reckoned with in the GGAFL and he won his first MVP award in 2006.
Andrew has become a building block the GGAFL Roos representative team and has spent a season in Australia further learning the game.
New GGAFL sensation Selah Tyebjee was one of the 2nd place finishers in this years awards. Selah has also played for the under 23s Revolution team this year.
Chris O'Meara was equal 2nd place finisher. Chris is in his first season in the GGAFL this year.
The leading goal kicker award for 2010 went to
Chris Johnson with 43 goals for the season.
Michael Cancilla,
Luke Quirk and
Rod Bell were all recognized for having player over 100 games in the GGAFL and join the 100 Club.
